EXHIBITOR ENTRY GUIDE

jExhibitors need to read and understand all Local Rules, State Rules, and Code of Conduct.

All Exhibitors, Parents/Guardians, and Leaders are REQUIRED to sign the AVF Junior Livestock Application. Please sign and email to jcloud@avfair.com. Signed Forms are Due: February 16, 2026, same as Market Animal Deadline.

Exhibitors Packets are $25, and DNA is $15.

Rules, times, and dates have changed. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to know the rules, dates, and times of their show.

All Youth Exhibitors (9 years and over) entering in any Livestock Market or Open Shows (excluding horse, cavies and dogs) MUST obtain an annual certification in the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA). Deadline for YQCA certificates to be turned into the Entry Office is April 1, 2026. For information on the YQCA program, please visit www.yqcaprogram.org.
