Welcome to the AV Fair & Event Center RV Park! Centrally located near the 14 freeway in Lancaster, California – our RV Park accommodates 62 spaces with access to full hookups (water, electricity, and sewer).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The RV Park is closed during the months of April and September for large festivals. Restrooms are currently closed for maintenance until further notice.

RV Park Address:Â 2551 Ave G-8, Lancaster, CA 93536
Exit 14 Freeway at Avenue H and drive west. Go to the third street light and turn right onto 30th St. West. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right onto Avenue G-8. Enter the park at Gate 5.
RV PARK RATES
- 30 amp: $55 / day  $270 / week  $1,000 / month
- 50 amp: $60 / day  $310 / week  $1,155 / month
INFORMATION
- NO reservations – the RV Park operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Payment is due upon arrival or by 12 pm for extensions.
- Please PAY ONLINE or at the Administration Office Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm.
- The RV Park is closed during the months of April and September for large festivals.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- The RV Park rules and regulations must be adhered to as well as any other instruction given by management – click here to view the full list.
- The AVFEC management reserves the right to close the park either partially or entirely without notice.
