Media Credentials

Media credentials will only be issued to working media that provide their organization’s press credentials or an official assignment letter from a bona fide media outlet. You must have an assignment related to the 2023 AV Fair. You must apply online; we do not respond to calls, emails, or faxes.

Media Credentials are limited; once that limit is reached no additional passes will be issued. Credential requests must be submitted by no later than September 15, 2023. Requests received after that time are not guaranteed to be processed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Members of the media who wish to attend any or part of the AV Fair, but who are not on assignment to cover the event(s) will not receive credentials. Freelance photographers not on assignment will not receive credentials.

We do not accept credentials purchased from third-party outlets. Your application must be completed in full or it may not be processed. Please provide us with what media coverage the AV Fair will receive before and after the show.

Credentialed media may NOT bring family or friends while on assignment, nor apply for false credentials to gain access. Issued credentials will be personalized and require a photo ID for parking in the media area and entry to the event.

*Concert and arena credentials allow for temporary access to the track floor of the Grandstand Arena (Not Backstage). Concert coverage is allowed for the first two (2) songs only of each concert. Per stage management, access to the front for the stage for photos may be prohibited. Trackside accessibility is determined by the individual artist’s management and is subject to change. Media coverage is subject to availability and may also be changed or cancelled due to weather, mechanical problems or any and all force majore incidents.
