2025 Concession Application Form

Please complete the following application form for concession space at the 2025 Antelope Valley Fair (Sept 24-28). This is ONLY an application and NOT a rental agreement. Review and complete the application in full. Your application will not be considered without a photo. All food booths must have LED lighting only, NO exceptions!

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

A photo of your booth is required with this application. Please include a sketch of your exact layout with measurements.
This application is not an offer or guarantee of space. This is not a guarantee of the same space you may have previously occupied. ALL questions must be answered completely in order to be considered for space. DO NOT SEND MONEY WITH THIS APPLICATION. This form is neither a commitment by the applicant, nor an offer by the AVFA to rent space.
