Board of Directors Agendas

The Antelope Valley Fair Association (AVFA) Board of Directors meet on the 4th Thursday of every month (with the exception of holidays) at 5:00 p.m in the A.V. Fair Administration office (2551 W. Ave. H., Ste. 102, Lancaster, CA 93536). Should you have a question regarding the meeting time, call the Admin. office at (661) 948-6060, M-F, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Antelope Valley Fair Association

Terms expire December 31st of the current year. We currently have eleven directors with rotating four year terms. Appointments are announced annually at the November meeting. Applications will be kept on file for a period of one year from the date of receipt. We accept applications year round. 

The Director’s coffee session will be held every other Thursday at 7:30 a.m.
