The A.V. Fair Board meets the 4th Thursday of each month
(with the exception of Nov 16 and Dec 14)
3:00 p.m. - Finance Meeting
4:00 p.m. - Study Session
5:00 p.m. - Board Meeting
Directors meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 7:30 am for their Coffee Meeting and at 5:30 on the 2nd Thursday for their Soda Meeting. All of the meetings you refer to are held in the Conference Room located in the Administration Office.
